Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications created by Tech Discovery Apps (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as Free services. These services are intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

Our applications collect information when you download and use them. This information may include:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
  • The pages of our applications that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
  • The time spent on our applications
  • The operating system you use on your mobile device

Some of our applications collect location data to provide their core functionality. Please refer to the "Location Data" section below for details on which app collects location and how it is used.

Our applications do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

Location Data

Auto Parking Locator collects precise location data, including background location (while the app is closed or not in use), to provide its core feature: automatically detecting when you park your car and saving that location so you can find it later.

  • Location is used only to detect parking and to save and display your parked car's position.
  • Your location data is stored only locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
  • Your location data is not shared with any third parties.
  • Background location access is required so the app can detect parking even when it is not open. You control this permission at any time in your device settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because your data (such as saved parking locations) is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of it. You can delete your data at any time by:

  • Tapping "Clear saved location" within the app to remove saved parking locations;
  • Clearing the app's storage/data from your device's Settings > Apps;
  • Uninstalling the app, which permanently removes all data stored on your device.

Contact Information

For a better experience, while using our applications, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving our applications and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
  • with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information you disclose, and have agreed to adhere to the terms of this privacy statement

Data Security

The Service Provider is concerned about the security of your data. They implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Children's Privacy

Our applications do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When they do, they will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this policy and notify you of any material changes.
